The whiteboard scrolls up and down at random, which is sometimes helpful but can make the user draw a long line across the screen. Also, my tutor told me we were running out of time. I don't think these sessions should have a time limit, because a time limit interrupts the flow of learning

The service is great to have but the format is not very time efficient. Chatting takes a lot of time for typing and the whiteboard is not the most user friendly as you have to use a mouse when the touch screen would be easier to use. But the application won't let you write using a touch screen, only a mouse.

The board was a bit weird at times, for example, adding more onto one of my already existing text boxes was impossible since all I could do was create more boxes instead of typing more into the past box.
