I think you should add specific topics for the subjects as a dropbox. Some tutors sometimes don't know the topic of the subject. Ex: Chemistry> stoichiometry, Moles, Chemical and physical properties, balancing equations.

The whiteboard is difficult to read and to write with. I had some trouble reading what the tutor had written. Also, this would be much easier if we could have audio conversation at least, instead of just typing.
