The program was really easy to access and use, and the tutor seemed very knowledgeable. The problem that I had was that I didn't get suggestions that followed with my professor's expectations. I was writing a more casual paper, and the tutor was trying to help me make it more formal which was not what my professor wanted. It was a good tool, just not the right circumstances this time. I would recommend it to a friend, but advise them to use it for more formal writing.
