There is one issue that I have encountered with Tutors.com. It is related to the scheduling of tutor sessions. Three times in a row I scheduled sessions with tutors where either the tutor did not show or there was a technical issue. I did report this issue, and supposedly, it has been resolved. However, this is something Tutors.com could work to improve.
