I waited for 4.5 hours in tax accounting waiting room before that subject time was up. I hopped around in intermediate accounting hoping I could find someone who could help with tax accounting and Clarissa was AMAZING!!! She was great in talking over the problem, addressing all questions, and showing me how to do the calculations. Definitely recommend her!

The tutor themselves were patient. Although, I have recently started back using this tutor tool. More than half the time I am in a session, I end up confused or turned around. Most of the time, I am telling the tutor what should have been done rather the tutor helping me know what I did wrong. I have also had other experiences where I came to a session to get help on a full assignment and ended up with a lesser grade than when I did it myself. Overall, I am not very satisfied with this service. When the work gets more advance, the quality of the tutor declines. This was my favorite service when I first started at SNHU, but I am hesitant to use it.
