I have been a volunteer tutor for the last four years working with both English as a second language students and native English speakers to develop writing skills. I have also worked at my school's writing center, working one on one with peers to edit essays and feel more confident facing writing assignments.
I Love Tutoring Because
I love the joy I get when someone tells me that my constructive criticism helped them convey their idea more clearly. Writing is a beautiful tool to share the thoughts in your head with the world and I love that through tutoring I'm able to learn so much about how others view the world.
