Live service for those challenged like me, set up like a zoom or teams option so instead of just chat, you can see the person virtually , face to face and still share screen but chat is just a step challenging to us older adult learns,its already a difficult class on top of trying to make the chat notes make sense, it would be nice to have face to face online with this tutor , like at work we have zoom calls overall I still love the service, its most helpful
