I needed help checking my pseudocode to make sure there were no errors in my loops and conditionals. They reviewed my work and verified that there was a potential error; then, they helped me fix it, polish the structure of the pseudocode, and even compared the final version to the rubric. They were nice, efficient, and answered all of my questions!

I needed help fixing my code to correctly execute the instructions. I had technically completed the code and it ran right, however I didn't use the method required for the instructions. They reviewed my code, the instructions, and the autograde tests results. Then, they broke down the methods that could be used—comparing them to my code and alternative methods—and showed me how to properly fix my code using the .split() method. They were nice, patient, explained things in a way I could understand, answered all of my questions, and helped me refine my code in terms of best practices along with the instructions!
