This is an invaluable tool to someone who is returning to school after 30 years. So much has changed and things like citing websites was not even a thing back then. I think that it was pretty good, but their help did not really match the style and level of writing that my teacher expects. They take a very simple approach to writing which is good, but it falls short of what is expected from the teacher that I work with. Overall, I think that it would have been helpful for a lower level class.

Most of the criticism was great and helpful but there were some misleading suggestions, like the period placement for one of my block quotes. I double-checked with my instructor and found I did it correctly the first time. Otherwise a great help!
