Career Experience
I currently work in an archives and rare books collection and intern for a media start-up company. I have four years of experience in student outreach and customer relations, and 8 years experience in tutoring positions! I have experience creating online resources for high school English curriculums and am a published author. I am more than thrilled to get to undertake this new challenge with Tutor.com!
I Love Tutoring Because
my tutors in high school completely changed my academic experience, and I likely would not be where I am today without their help and encouragement. I know what it's like to feel frustrated and spend hours just trying to get one assignment done, but with the skills and tools taught by my tutors, I was not only able to succeed but to share those skills with others around me. It became very rewarding to assist my peers with their work plus-- teaching is just one other way to study!
