Career Experience

I worked as a high school teacher for 7 years in private schools and then 5 years in public schools as a middle school teacher in a wide variety of subjects. I enjoyed being an ASB sponsor, soccer coach, art teacher, creating school gardens, volunteering at local food banks, and having after school board game clubs with my students.

I Love Tutoring Because

I like being a guide to learning rather than lecturing. Tutoring allows me to work with students one-on-one in order to truly learn a subject for deeper understanding and better comprehension of the subject. I also enjoy discussing questions with students to find solutions to enhance problem solving skills.
