We had a bit of miscommunication. Don't know If I did not express myself clearly from the beginning but he automatically said that he could not help me. That threw me off a bit. I just had a simple question. I wanted a deeper explanation but being that he very quickly told me he could not help and recommended another person, I just kept it short. Would have liked a deeper explanation. I had more questions but felt turned away .

Tutor kept telling me this was a timed session when I was trying to retrieve my information. IM aware its timed but I am new to sharing and have to copy and past to word in order to share. It takes a minute, especially when part of the date needed in Cengage was done a couple weeks prior. It would have been helpful if the tutor guided me into sharing the info needed instead of just telling me to do it quickly that its a timed session

Time limits need to be removed. There are subjects where the issue is harder for a student to understand as well as the system is saying there is an error when the tutor has checked and shows there is not an error.

I am not sure why the tutor wouldn't let me take advantage of the full hour of tutoring. She had me log out when I still had questions and still had 15 minutes left. I waited for clarification and it was clarified that she did indeed not want to help me for my remaining time and said I could log back in to ask more questions. I do not appreciate that, as I would like to use all the time available if I still have questions, then log back in at the end of time time if needed.
