I am a first-time user and, I must say, I am impressed by the quick academic service provided. The only thing I would note, however, is the the lack of AP Chemistry and test prep material provided by this service. For students that wish to practice more for their upcoming AP exams or testing, should have more practice material for such online assessments (i.e. SAT, PSAT, and AP Language exam).

As far as I'm concerned, I've met a phenomenal tutor. During my session, this tutor was patient, attentive, and encouraging. My teacher's answer key is occasionally flawed, so I was ready to throw in the towel and assume I was correct. But with this tutor's patient guidance, I saw that I was misinterpreting one of the numbers in the equation (what I thought was a coefficient was actually a subscript -- whoops!). This tutor is already added to my favorites :)
