Tutor was very patient, thoughtful, respectful, and helpful. He successfully analyzed my problem, helped me fix it, then explained why. My only critique is he was not familiar with all the capabilities within the platform. I asked if he was able to remote into my Apporto session (SNHU's Citrix platform for Computer Programming courses). He said no and I believe he couldn't. However, this tutoring platform allows students to share their screen with the tutor. He did not realize that was a capability. Fortunately, I did and we used it to achieve success in this session. However, if I didn't I'm not sure we would have done so or at least wouldn't have so in a timely fashion.
