There is no minimum MCAT score required, though it is recommended for the 4-Year MD program. Transfer applications are also accepted from accredited medical schools, subject to transcript evaluation.

- MD Program: Approximately USD 9,000 per semester and USD 15,750 per semester for Clinical Rotations in the US
- Housing: On-campus housing under construction will be available to future students, and off-campus housing options are available in Georgetown, Guyana.
Texila is one of the few Caribbean medical schools eligible for Sallie Mae Medical School Loans for U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
Canadian students may also pursue provincial or federal loan options or apply for institutional payment plans to manage tuition.
