Hi! I have taught for over 20 years, at the community college, university, and medical school levels. I have taught face to face classes as well as online classes. I have taught many biology classes, both for majors and for non-majors, and especially love teaching human anatomy and physiology.
I Love Tutoring Because
I love helping students succeed! I can explain difficult concepts in a clear, concise way. It's awesome when a student has that "A-ha" moment! Tutoring allows for one on one discussion; I love to get to know my students and help them. Teachers often bog down their lessons with lots of details. I use a big picture approach, which is much easier to understand, and then I have lots of supplemental materials to allow students to remember the details.
