It's a good site, but students have a lot of work to finish. Tutors take too long to explain concepts you want simple explanations too and sometimes they feel a little rude.

was good. only think I didn't like was that I was disconnected from first tutor, then got a message that I can only be redirected once. Thought that was harsh as it wasn't my fault I was being redirected. Fortunately, didn't lose second tutor and they helped me understand my problem.
