My initial tutor seemed to be having issues helping me solve my problem. I was able to transfer to a different tutor who had given me some excellent feedback. For some reason, even after going over a concept and confirming with the tutor that the answers should be correct, they didn't end up being correct. It's okay though, it may be the website's fault. This tutor overall was thorough in explanations, though.

i thought the teachers were very smart and knew how to tackle the problems immediately. one thing i would reccomend is to allow higher resolution images to be put on the board because the quality can be hard for tutors to read when looking at pdf and images.

While I liked this tutor, we had a roadblcock because of a system issues. The workaround caused the interaction to be him asking a question then typing in the correct code. This way I didn't learn the best.

This is my first time using this service so I didn't come prepared to do what I had to but I know now.
